The Lounge - is located at the front of the house and is tastefully furnished with 2 sofas and matching coffee and side tables. The adjoining Dining area provides seating for up to 12 (with the additional seating available from the breakfast area)

The Kitchen - is fully equipped and includes a full size ceramic hob, oven, microwave, large capacity fridge/freezer with ice maker and dishwasher, along with a host of other useful gadgets. There is an adjoining breakfast bar and a further breakfasting table with chairs.

The Family Room - with 2 full size sofas and coffee table, has patio doors that lead to the private/screened swimming pool. A 55 inch smart TV with full cable service and DVD player is available and 600Mb WiFi is also provided.

The superior Master Bedroom is spacious and has large en-suite bathroom and large walk-in closet, containing a security safe, baby cot/crib and high-chair. A hair dryer is also provided in the bathroom. The room also has a 42 inch smart TV.

The second Double Bedroom has en-suite bathroom and also has a wall-mounted 32 inch smart TV

​

Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds and both have their own smart TVs.

​

All 4 Bedrooms have ample drawer and closet space. Bed linen and towels are also provided, as well as 2 hairdryers in each of the double bedrooms.

Adjacent from the 3rd and 4th bedrooms is another full Family Bathroom with shower and convenient 'wet-access' to/from the pool area.

​

The Games Room (in the converted garage) has a pool table, foosball table and additional seating. A full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board are also situated and available for use in a utility area at the back of the garage.

​

In addition, the local community has a Clubhouse where you will find a large community pool and small, but well equipped gym, both of which are available and for free use by guests.
